Enquiry

Every project begins with a conversation.

We learn what you're hoping to achieve, discuss your site or preferred location, and outline how we work.

This stage is about understanding one another and confirming the project is a good fit.

Project Feasibility / Build Options

We evaluate the viability of your project at a high level, aligning ambition with practical realities. This early clarity helps ensure the design develops on the right trajectory

Site Investigation

A deeper study of the land gives us the insight needed to design intelligently. We look at the natural qualities and constraints of the site so the architecture can respond with purpose

Architectural Concept

Once the pre-planning has started and it all looks positive, we’ll continue to look into the design that first attracted you to Series Homes. We'll discuss any adjustments, materials and landscaping you require. (Charge depending on scope)

Customer Contract

Once the architectural design is locked in, we’ll present you with a customer contract which will include a build estimate. This estimate is guided by our pre-planning consultant input mentioned above.

Note: We cannot give a fixed contract price until the final consented documents have been approved.

Building Consent

Once your contract is signed, your project will be placed in our schedule and into the hands of our inhouse architectural team.

Project Commences

With consent and documentation complete, we begin construction. Our builders and trusted trades work closely with our designers to ensure every detail is delivered as intended

Delivery

As the home nears completion, we carry out rigorous quality checks to ensure every detail meets our standards.

Handover

Your Series Home is complete. We walk you through the finished spaces, present your handover pack, and pass over the keys. You move into a home crafted with purpose and built to last.

After this we’ll provide you with the keys and you can move in!
