Project Enquiry

Project Enquiry is about getting to know each other. We’d love to hear what attracted you to series homes, and what we can do for you. For this, we can organise to meet you onsite or online depending on location and availability. (Free of Charge)

Project Feasibility / Build Options

Before we get too excited, a quick planning check is required for your site.
We’ll guide you through local council planning rules, site restrictions and covenants. This is also a chance to discuss our builds, there build costs before we enter the next stage. (Free of Charge)

Site Investigation

Once an initial review of your site is complete, we many need to investigate further. This requires other consultant input – i.e Geotechnical, Surveyor, landscape architect, planner and engineers.

Architectural Concept

Once the pre-planning has started and it all looks positive, we’ll continue to look into the design that first attracted you to Series Homes. We'll discuss any adjustments, materials and landscaping you require. (Charge depending on scope i.e $5,000+gst)

Build Estimate

Once the architectural design is locked in, we’ll present you with a customer contract which will include a build estimate. This estimate is guided by our pre-planning consultant input mentioned above.

Note: We cannot give a fixed contract price until the final consented documents have been approved.

Council Consent

Once your contract is signed, your project will be placed in our schedule and into the hands of our inhouse architectural team.

Revised Contract

Once the consent is approved, you’ll be eager to make a start.
 Series Homes will revisit the documents before presenting you with a revised final contract and price (Considering any changes made throughout the consent process)

Construction Phase

This is an exciting day, a lot of time and effort has been put in to get here. Congratulations!
We’ll now put you in the hands of our building team and make a start.

Handover

Woohoo! The day you have been waiting for.

When the build is complete, we take you through the project and ensure you are satisfied with the result. We’ll supply all the required technical documents including warranties and Code of Compliance (CCC)

After this we’ll provide you with the keys and you can move in!
